Tools Required for Assembly
Listed below are the basic tools that you will need to install a vinyl patio kit.
- Tape Measure
- Framing Level (Patios attached to house)
- Framing square
- Circular saw (Fine tooth blade)
- Heavy Duty Drill or Roto Hammer (for post bases)
- Masonry Bit (Concrete Patios)
- Wood Bit (Wood Decks)
- 1/8” Drill Bit (Pre-drill holes for joist beam brackets)
- (2) 8’ Step ladders
- String or chalk line
- Crescent Wrench (tightening bolts/post bases)
- Hammer
- 80lb. Ready Mix Concrete (kits installed in ground)
- Phillips screw driver or drill bit
